10.30 – 11.00 individual conversation with the nutritionist (depending on the size of the group)
11.00 – 12.00 information + snack
12.30 – 13.00 individual conversation with a nutritionist (depending on the size of the group)
13:00 lunch
14.00 – 16.30 psychologist/personal training /nutrition expert interviews (planning depending on the size of the group)
16.30 snack
17:00 group sporting activity
19:00 dinner
