During your stay in Moraira it is not only about weight loss, of course. To be able to lose weight a combination of a healthy diet and sufficient exercise is the only way to achieve your goal.
We’ll work on your awareness of healthy food the coming days. Besides individual conversations to see where the pitfalls for weight loss lie for you, we also go shopping together to look for what to be careful for while doing your shopping.

There is more and more information on the labels, but is that the right information? And which part of the label can I value? Next to doing groceries, we will also cook for each other. In such manner you will get a better understanding of variation and preparations and we will show you how to deal with tailor-made cooking.
